Register a Table

Step 1: Complete this form to reserve a table for you at one of our partner venues on August 17, and help us promote your work as part of the 2024 ROS.

Step 2: When you submit the form you will be directed to pay your registration fee of $40 at our store. You’ll receive a confirmation email after you submit payment. We will reach out to you if there is any missing information.

Read this before you register:

  • You need to live in Richmond or its unincorporated areas

  • You need to have a profile in our directory (it’s free)

  • You can register a table even if you have a studio in Richmond.

  • Two artists can share a table, but each needs to complete individual registration forms.

  • Last day to register is May 30 at 5:00 pm.

  • Last day for registration fee reimbursement is July 20 at 5:00 PM

The Visual Artists of Richmond are grateful to the NIAD Art Center, ar.ti.fact Gallery and the Richmond Art Center for supporting our vision of an independent, artist-organized open studios in Richmond and providing a space where artists can set up a table to show and sell their work. This page provides more information on what to expect at each of our partner venues.

Through its visual arts studio program, NIAD gives people with disabilities the skills and experience to express themselves, be independent and earn income as an artist.

NIAD Art Center has a lovely, cozy courtyard with a fountain, and a couple of tables for artists unable to bring their own. Its courtyard fits six artists.

ar.ti.fact Gallery

Located in the Point Richmond neighborhood, ar.ti.fact Gallery is an exhibition venue selling original art, handmade and vintage items. There is space for four artists. Artists will need to set-up and install their work on its walls, as are some table displays but space is limited.

The Richmond Art Center’s programs encompass classes, exhibitions and events at its facility, as well as off-site activities bringing free, high-quality art-making experiences. Its courtyard will welcome ten artists. Tables and chairs will be provided.
