Submit Your Listing

To submit a listing, please fill out this form and submit payment using the button below. Try to review everything before you submit it. We also need you to email us at least one image to post with your listing.

The submission deadline is every 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. Listings appear in our Events page the following Tuesday.

Sending this form will ensure your listing can be placed in our website. Events taking place less than a week from the submission date may only be posted on social media.

Our Events page does not post recurring events automatically. If your event repeats, separate the dates and times with commas in the event’s description.

Here is our fee schedule:

Richmond visual artists with a profile in our directory: free

VAR Partners: free

Other Visual Artists: $10

Grassroots Groups $15

Fiscally-sponsored Projects: $20

Small Non-Profits (Budgets < $75,000): $25

Non-Profits (Budgets > $75,000): $35

Businesses: $35

Corporations: $40

Listings with an image are more attractive. Please email your jpeg or png image along with the contact person’s name. Please don’t send PDFs. We will contact you if we think your image won’t display well and give you a chance to fix it.
